A little consomé.
A good reason to stop.

My favorite here is the quesabirria, at 33 pesos when I recorded these notes. A small portion of consomé came as a complimentary extra — small but mighty. I found the stand popular with locals.

There is a good choice of toppings. Add a squeeze of lime to every taco, and be careful with the sauces. The photos show the toppings counter, tacos on the griddle and simple tables under a canopy.

ARTEM’S ORDERING TIP

Start with a quesabirria and add lime. Try the sauces cautiously before adding more.
