Good birria.
Good consomé.

I liked both the birria and the consomé here. My photos show golden, folded tacos on a dark plate and a bowl of consomé with meat lifted on the spoon.

Open one of the tacos and you can see the meat and melted cheese. On the table there are chopped onion, coriander, lime wedges and salsa to add as you like.

I photographed three menu pages too. They cover mulitas, enchiladas, flautas, chilaquiles, combos and birria by weight, as well as the different consomé sizes.

Red, green and Swiss sauces are offered; the menu marks red with three flames and green with two. Birria by weight includes tortillas, sauces and consomé.
