Morning tamales.
Evening antojitos.

The printed sign says Antojitos Doña Pili; the supplied map identifies the same place as Antojitos Pilar. This is a café inside the family’s home, on 35 Avenida Norte in Gonzalo Guerrero.

The morning board lists tamales torteados and colados. They are two preparations of the masa, not simply two different wrappers. The photos show the portions being opened; the precise filling and which photographed portion corresponds to each name were not recorded.

In the evening, the handwritten menu lists salbutes, panuchos, tostadas, sopes, tacos, tortas, empanadas and chicken broth. Other signs advertise corn snacks, weekend cochinita and Sunday pib and mondongo. Bring cash, or ask about a bank transfer if you have a Mexican bank account.
